I love the OT family! The coaches, OT members and work outs make the entire experience fun and encourages me to work hard. I actually enjoy getting up for a 5 AM workout, knowing there’s group of awesome people ready to tackle the morning together!

Everything. The coaches, the variety, the combo of strengthening and cardio. Love it all.
I liked the variety of the workout: it wasn't just the treadmill or the rower and I really liked the floor work. Coach Meg was very helpful in explaining what to do and the members were great in helping me figure things out. I'm looking forward to more workouts.

Bright, clean & large studio. Lots of people - great music, great atmosphere.
Staff were expecting me, friendly & gave me a tour of what was where as I was new. They wrote my name outside & knew who I was before arrival. Front desk great.
Instructor was very accommodating, high energy & motivating. Asked questions & gave me options for injuries & spurred us on. Polar opposite of my experience in providence which was very poor. Loved it here- worth the double distance drive
I like how the workout is challenging and makes me push myself the extra step. I can work out at home, but I definitely get more out of a workout at OTF.
Love being accountable by a coach and peers. I like the workouts/mix of exercises.
I am not motivated to work out at all. That all changes when I walk in the door to Orange Theory.

I like that I can modify the exercises (with the coach's help) to do them to my level, since I'm 53, I worry about getting strains and sprains or worse. I've just had the typical muscle soreness after some of the workouts.
I've been doing Orange Theory for a couple of years and always get comments on how good I look. I feel so much better since I joined OT.
Ability to customize workout based on fitness level. Coaches are also really helpful in suggesting modifications. I’m 3.5 months post hip replacement and they’ve been super helpful!

I have visited a handful of Orange Theory studios & they are all great, friendly, welcoming and always take a moment to get to know me, the Chelmsford location was no exception, excellent coach! Great workout experience while traveling.
I love OTF! I have lost about 8 pounds since Dec. 2022 and feel amazing. I definitely have more energy, and am excited to go each morning. I also keep gaining in small ways each week, whether it's upping weights, or increasing speed on the tread. The community feel is great, and the coaches could not be more motivating, welcoming, and personable. After not having a steady workout routine in over 10 years, I found it easy to get back into (after being very sore for a few days!!) and very doable at my own pace. I was very hesitant at first, but I could not be happier that I joined!
