I love the Attleboro studio. The coaches/staff are GREAT!!!! The studio, coaches and staff are beyond welcoming and encouraging. Very family feel. :) I love the workouts. I'm not usually a gym person as I get bored easily. Not at Orange Theory!! The hour flies by and I look forward to my next class. I'm about 40 classes in and am beginning to see some positive changes in my body.
The workouts are great, I like the variety and the extra motivation provided by the coaches. I am definitely pushing myself much harder than I normally would when working out by myself.

OrangeTheory has changed the way I view exercise. It is the only workout class I've been a part of where I can actually feel the positive improvements in my mental health (physical health too, but that one is more obvious).
The variety
I like everything about OTF workouts. Every workout is a challenge. They vary from class to class. You can make them as intense as you choose. Cardio and strength training in 60 minutes at the pace you feel comfortable and challenged is nothing I have experienced before. The coaches are very detailed orientated in their approach to how to attack each workout and very specific in modeling floor exercises. The classes are very upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic.
Everything! It’s always changing and keeping me interested and wanting to come back for more! I love the benchmarks too so I can see my progress. The coaches are the best part, they really care about my progress and are always encouraging me!
