I’ve been to other studios and Marlboro is by far the best studio. Robyn and Ariana are great!

What do you like about our workout?

Marlborough has the best coaches. I take the majority of my classes with Ariana and Cate lately. Ariana always challenges me to pick up the heavier weight or to push myself on the rower. Cate always has the best motivational quotes. I never cancel a Friday morning because she's the coach.

I like that I'm encouraged to push myself maximizing my workout. I appreciate the one on one. Even in a group of 20 the trainers are always watching, pushing and guiding you.

Burn for 36! I would like to know the workout the night or day before so I could plan accordingly i.e. stretch, knee pads, home workout before or after.

Everyday is challenging and different and you always feel accomplished after it’s over. It’s the best way to get a really good workout/ relieve stress in just 1 hour away from any distractions.
