What do you like about our workout?

I liked the pace of the class. I enjoy running and the intervals we did were challenging in a good way. The rowing portion mixed with burpees and plank jacks was the second block and that was also challenging but everyone is able to complete the exercises at their own pace. Lastly, the TRX and weight section were a great balance with the cardio blocks. All in all, I will definitely come back...I'm a cardio junkie and loved it!

What do you like about our workout?

It's the best total body workout. Everything you want to do in a hour that you could be never push yourself to do. The coaches are great! They push you to the next level of fitness.

I love that I can burn over 500 calories in an hour workout and get cardio and weight training done in that hour. Plus the coaches help motivate you and the staff is all very friendly.

What do you like about our workout?

I love the full hour of training and how quickly the class goes by. I like the competitiveness and the ability to watch your heart rate so you know you are training in exactly the right burn rate. I like the coaching and being told what to do. I enjoy running and like to row, so this is right up my alley.

What do you like about our workout?

I currently have three gym memberships. This is the one I actually go to. I've driven through storms to workout at OTF. I've gone straight from 10-hr work shifts to workout at OTF. I was thinking perhaps it was something in the water that got me hooked, but I tend to bring my own. Yes the workouts are fun, but anyone can run on a treadmill, row, then pick up some free weights. Now I don’t want to detract from the ingenuity of how their workouts are crafted but what makes Orange Theory Fitness a place I keep going back to is the staff and the other participants. They know your name and more importantly they know what you need to achieve your goals.

What do you like about our workout?

It's a very effective 1 hour workout that makes sense to improve muscle tone and loose weight . I've been jogging for years and this workout is full body and amazing .
I love that the class moves to different sites , jogging , rowing and weights so you don't get bored
I'm hooked !

What do you like about our workout?

Every single person I met was friendly and welcoming and greeted me with a smile. They made me feel good about being there and was attentive in making sure I knew the equipment and checked in on me multiple times during my workout.

The workout itself was fantastic! The cardio is not my strong point, so the treads definitely pushed me outside my comfort zone. I also felt like I could breathe more deeply when it was over. So awesome!
