We like swimming as a family but wish the pool was open before noon.

More silver sneakers classes. These are well attended with a waitlist. Classes mid morning would be well attended

Heated pool and general availability of it

I have not yet experienced your programs, but tested the waters with the Nu-Step, some weights, and some stretches. The two people I met up near the machines were Donna and ——- (man). They could not have been nicer, and I look forward to making the Y a priority on my weekly schedule. Prior to my visit, I left a message to see if I could meet just once with someone who could help me get started. I am in physical therapy at Fern Hill right now and have come a long way…..my therapist suggested that I get accustomed to the Y so that I don’t lose ground.

I just love the friendly atmoshere and the social connections I've made. Plus people are commenting that I've lost weight.

Ms. Grace was a wonderful instructor. My daughter learnt so much more in this session than any other before.

I like seeing the advancement my kid is making while taking the class and think the coaches are dedicated to helping the kids do better.

Love the new format, seems very organized. Not thrilled with the consistency of groupings. My son was paired with stronger swimmers. They got more turns than he did since they were more independent and could practice as a group. He sat on the side of the pool for most of the lesson. The instructor was not as interactive as previous instructors we’ve had. There did not seem to be an order and structure to teaching the skills like the other groups we’ve experienced.

The GBYMCA has wonderful facilities, and keeps them immaculate. They all have very friendly staff that is very helpful. Also very community oriented and open to all people.

I enjoy the water classes and the women with weights classes and the other informative 55+ informative programs that are available.

that there is group classes scheduled all through the day because my schedule changes dailly and i like that there are late classes as well as mid day.

I usually go to Lionville, but love the line dancing at West Chester so it is worth the trip!

It was easy to get to in the YMCA. I don't like you are almost forced to pay for parking, but it's only $0.50

Basketball program

I recently rejoined after 3 years due to the pandemic (I am old) and the staff was super helpful to load the app and explain the process to sign up for classes. Love the staff and classes. Your instructors are the best!

There is always something to do

I have found the instructors to be very helpful and interested in me as an individual in classes. They offer modifications either more or less to help each person have the best experience. This is the first time I've seriously worrked out in my life and everyone has made me feel welcome and offer any assistance they can give to me.

There are a few instructors that stand out and have really encourages me to work hard and challenges me to do my best.
