I like that you have a clean gym. You have options for everyone. The activities throughout the gym try to accommodate each age group. The classes are nice and you are encouraged by instructors no matter your fitness level.

We love the West Chester Area YMCA! Our children have made tremendous progress in swim lessons, and we're very thankful that the programs are inclusive for children with special needs. It means the world to our family to be included and to have access to enriching and safety-oriented programs.

A lot of activities to do for the whole family. This branch has a really well run child watch program which my son loves to go to. The fact that he enjoys it so much gives me peace of mind to work out while he is playing. Looking forward to using the outdoor pool this summer and we are really enjoying the swim classes we are currently taking with our toddler.

I like that you have in-person training but have the addition of pre-recorded training held in the classroom. Additionally I like the pool. Wish you had more adult swim classes on the weekends or evenings for those of us that work during the week.

I do the Fit Lite classes in the AM and walk the inside track - more than meets my needs!

They are the best. Good variety. Great staff!

The coaches at East Chestnut Fitness are awesome - they motivate you to do your best & modify workouts to fit your personal level of fitness

My favorite is the EGYM! And most of the exercise equipment. Although I wish the recreational pool was open in the afternoons. But I am looking forward to the outdoor pool this summer.

I use the facility to lift, run, cycle, and swim. We use the recreational pool frequently as a family. We are thankful for the outdoor pool membership being included this year.

I have said this from the 1st time I walked into a YMCA some 60 years ago in Ardmore Pa. as a high school kid trying to become a better athlete. I loved the place and the atmosphere of kindness and willingness to help all who asked for it was infectious. It is still such a place, serving the same mission and providing a refuge for those trying to accomplish some personal goals, those attempting to better a quality of life that has become challenging, or those trying to maintain a reasonable fitness level to ward off the effects of aging. The diversity of programs, the quality of staff, trainers and those who maintain the facilities in top notch condition make the Y a treasure in the area it serves. I can't imagine a facility with more going for it than the Y and I would be living a far less fulfilling life without the friends and people who call the Y their own. Thanks for all you do and please keep up the good work.

Always get a welcome when entering the Y. Pool is clean & guards on time (with a few rare exceptions), upbeat vibe throughout the building.

The schedules are flexible and program offerings are varied and cater to many different interests and needs.

there are now adult activities outside of exercise. In the past concentration was on children with no adult activity other exercise.

There is a huge variety of choices for many ages. People are friendly.

Great group exercise classes and instructors.
