I love having lots of options for all members of our family including our two toddlers. Child Watch and Parent's Night Out has been a lifesaver for us as working parents. Our kids love playing with others and it has become a staple on our family's routine.

The Deep water class with Devon is excellent! I would highly recommend that class without hesitation. She’s a skilled instructor and guides the class with enthusiasm and humor.

I’ve been going to the Deep Water Aerobics class with Devon H. for several years. She is a fantastic instructor in so many ways. The class is both challenging and fun, plus she explains everything well and let’s you know what you should be aware of if you have any health issues (for example, knee or back issues that might mean you should do an exercise in a different way, so as not to make things worse).
That one class is why I have stayed a member of the UMLY.

In terms of administration, when I made a request (as did others in my class) that our DWA class move outdoors earlier in the early summer, the Y listened. All of my dealings with the membership office have been pleasant and professional, so good marks there also.

Ms. Ellen was firm, but fun. The games they played increased her comfort level in the water without stress.

Is there any possibility to keep the 50m pool open for another week in view of the glorious weather that is forcasted for next week such as 80 F on Monday.

Staff, trainers, coaches have always been so wonderfully happy, helpful and knowledgeable.

teacher provides 1:1 level attention based on individual's needs and compassionate to make them feel safe and enthusiastic

Our coach, Mr. Bill, is amazing with effective teaching technics and by showing each student attention and guidance they need. We’d highly recommend working with him especially if your goal is to teach your kids all 4 swim strokes properly or get them into a swim team.

Especially like the water aerobics. My favorite is Sunday’s High Intensity Interval Training with Janice Sloan, but also very much enjoy Devon’s Aqua Deep Fit and Rena’s class. I will say they are all getting a bit crowded, which is a testament to their popularity. It would be helpful to excluded more Aqua classes on Monday and Friday, or even on the weekend or at night.
