Fit Lite keeps me moving—pleasant at the same time. Warm water pool (when the temperature is right) is soothing during the arthritis class. Ladies work hard at keeping everything clean and do a wonderful job. Front desk personnel are always welcoming and cheerful.

Well trained and motivating group ex instructors. I do group ex classes Mon -Fri.

Variety, easily scheduling. Would like to see more cultural programming….learning a new language, art, etc

The programs, the instructors full of energy and very inspiring!!

I don't use the programs or activities. In fact, I think if you're going to hold a yoga class, it should be in the yoga room and not on a basketball court. You can do yoga in either place, but you can't play basketball in either place.

However, the staff is incredibly friendly. Brogan and the ladies at the front desk are awesome. The maintenance/janitorial staff is always smiling. Sign of a good place when those folks are all grins!

Keep up the good work!

I like the supportive interactions that ladies in our aqua class give new people who may be struggling. Front desk folks very welcoming. Good instructors. Always feel better leaving than when I arrive.

Everything! Increased my child’s self confidence so much! We love our coaches and Ms. Nancy!!

Very friendly staff and clean location!

It is a great facility, very welcoming and you have Brogan at the front desk in the am. It is more expensive than other gyms but worth the additional expense due to facility, people, flexibility and community feeling.

I just use the cardio and weight rooms, but I do like the community atmosphere and the friendly people at the front desk. Keep up the good work

Clean facilities and friendly staff.

I work out on my own and do not take classes. You have every piece of gear I could possibly want and you maintain it all well. Your staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. I also enjoy the sauna.
