What do you like about our workout?

I liked the combination of work outs- it kept it interesting. Monitoring the heart rate makes it easy to monitor how hard you're working and motivates you to work harder. I thought the instructor was great. The next day I was sore and also felt that I had really challenged myself.

What do you like about our workout?

The interval-based approach is quite effective on its own, since I am inclined towards a high-intensity workout where you can subjectively measure your output by the amount of sweat you produce and energy you give, but the objective measurements of heart rate and exertion levels add another level of satisfying data.

instructors are all awesome. i always feel totally worked after each work out. if there was any opportunity to play a bit more rock tunes that would be awesome. Such as foo fighters, guns n roses, iron maiden, judas priest, motley crue. 80's would be great too. it doesnt have to be every song, but a every now and then.

It's different every day and it pushes me way harder than I would ever push myself. The energy is high, the coaches are helpful and the whole experience is really motivating and changes in my body are definitely noticeable.
