EVERYTHING! I have been waiting for just the right thing to kick my own butt into gear as I prepare for the Chicago marathon in the fall. I loved everything about the class - the coaching, the energy, the versatility, the community vibe and of course, the workout. I'm obsessed with Orange Theory!

I like that you can track your progress and it gives you a mix of cardio and strength...and you can go at your own pace but also push yourself more than an independent gym workout

What do you like about our workout?

I'm a creature of habit and have a hard time trying new exercises when I used to go to the gym on my own. The variations in OT workouts with guidance and motivation by an instructor keep my body feeling like new muscles are being worked every time. I feel fully worked out after each class and look forward to the next one.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it is group focused.
I like that you can measure more tangibly your increases in fitness through the heart rate monitor and the speed stock find yourself being able to do over time on the treadmill. In just two months I've moved forward in ways I did not in two years running by myself.

The Orangetheory workout was fantastic - the facility, equipment, and instructor were all top-notch. Best of all, it went by relatively fast!
