always changing, always challenging.
results have been positive, I have noticed my resting heart rate go down, I have more endurance and stamina, certainly feel stronger.

It is always different. I like most that it is non stop for an hour. And there is a coach to motivate you to push yoursrlf.

great music, easy to follow even n first day, competitive amongst yourself but did not feel competitive against others per say which was great

Every class is different and it's a perfect balance of cardio and weight training. I also like the pace of the class. With interval training, the class is over before you know it. Great coaches too.

What do you like about our workout?

I like that the workouts are always changing so you never get bored. Seeing how hard you are working on the monitor is super helpful for being able to keep pushing your self both during each session and overall since it's hard to get comfortable and keep getting those splat points. The trainers are really helpful and motivating.

What do you like about our workout?

The coaches are amazing! There might be 20 people in a class, but it is as if you have a personal coach. They are always there for help or if you need modifications and so encouraging! The workouts are never easy, and they really push you to be better.

It's a great workout. I definitely work harder during my workout at Orangetheory, than I would on my own at a gym.
