Michael (Mick) was absolutely awesome! He always responded to any question I had as soon as he could. He was always open and honest about any home he showed and never tried to push any particular home to get a sale. He kept us apprised along every step of the process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a house in Western NY. If I ever need to use a realtor again, I would use Mick and the Hunt team.

Mick is a very knowledgeable Realtor. I have used Mick twice in selling and once in purchasing. Mick knows what to look for, he does an outstanding job on the paperwork, and following up. Mick’s approach was profession. He respected my time. Gave excellent advice on what needed to be (and not to be) done to prepare the house for sale.

We were a somewhat difficult group to find property for, but he never complained or gave up. We all agree, we were very fortunate to have his assistance and guidance.

Working with Mick was such a pleasure. I'd have never sold a house before so his knowledge of the condition of the house was so helpful. I knew upfront the condition and what I needed to do to the house, which wasn't much, in order to have a smooth outcome.
