Lou was knowledgeable, aggressive and knew how to guide us through both the purchase & selling process . The property we sold was somewhat unique being a small farm with outbuildings, land, flower gardens, & greenhouse. Other realtors we talked to had no clew & were not willing to do the work to evaluate the property to present it for sale. We are very comfortable with both the selling price of the old and the value of our new home.
