From the start, Tom Tait was an asset in our search for a home in Cazenovia. Tremendously responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable (a constant source of information about the area) made him an important guide in our search. I think what impressed us most about him was his candor about the entire process, a rare thing in any aspect of the world today. And then when we were in contract, he was able to connect us with local service people who could aid us once we had taken possession. We give him the very highest marks for his role as our real estate agent.

Susan was the only realtor(out of 5) that actually loked at our house. She openef drawers, closets,asked about the heating system etc.
Once hired she was on the ball from beginning to end, offering to help in any way she could.
She ckecked to make sure each step was completed no matter whose responsibility it was.
