Brian is very friendly, is a good listener, and is very understanding. Most important to me was that he was not arrogant or pushy. I had a unique situation that delayed my signing of papers until legal documents were processed for my family's estate. Brian was patient and waited until the time was right for us to move forward with the sale. In the meantime, he was able to meet with me to evaluate our home. Where I saw flaws, he saw opportunities. He was honest and straightforward with me when he shared ideas to improve areas in the home. He was able to turn negatives into positives and left me feeling more confident that the sale of our house would be successful - and it was! She was very quick to communicate valuable information and assist in making our selling process easy. She took on a role that was not her responsibility and helped us get to close despite egregious errors that when the buyers agent would not communicate with the lender. She was invaluable to us as she single handedly got us to close. I would absolutely recommend her to any one considering buying or selling real estate.
