David was awesome and made the entire home purchase process smooth. I moved to New York from Oregon and he was the only realtor who worked with me. I had 2 other realtors I worked with during this process and they would not answer their phones return phone calls and they were unable to accommodate or try to work with me on viewings of open houses. I had 1 realtor I was working with and when I flew in from Oregon to look at 5 different properties with the realtor I had, they didn't even show up to any of my appointments because they had forgotten I was flying into town. David was absolutely the best and helped make the process smooth. he even helped me view properties by doing facetime calls.
