Mr. Gabe Seifter is a truly a top agent. One of the best. His knowledge and dedication to research priced our home well above what I expected. Not only did it sell in two days Gabe was able to receive an offer for 20k above the asking price. All information that he gave me prior to me signing a listing contract. I have dealt with many realtors through out my life and Gabe truly is one of the best.
Melody was SO easy to work with, always available and able to schedule walk throughs at a moments notice. We had a lot of fun over the two month search and some how were able to find the perfect home, in the perfect location.
