Skylar was very helpful in the sale of my home. If I had any questions she couldn't answer she always found the right answer for me. We hired Sandi Van Camp and her team to sell our cousin’s duplex in Fairport, NY as we live in excess of 300 miles from the property. It turned out to be one of the best decisions we could have made.
Sandi handled every aspect of the transaction, from arranging to do the final clean out the unit, coordinating repairs, donating & finding homes for many of the personal possessions on top of the standard services of staging the homes, holding open houses and handling the details of the closing. She properly priced the property, with the winning bid being 20% over the listing price. There wasn’t anything she couldn’t accomplish.
