As a first time home buyer, I didn't really know the process and had a lot of questions. Carol very patiently answered all of them in a timely manner. She kept me on track as far as what I had to do each step of the way. When I got concerned about any manner of things, she was a calming presence. While Carol represents folks from all walks of life - professional sports players, high end property buyers, etc. I felt that I received the same level of representation and care on my very modest entry level budget. I hope she never retires! I would recommend her to anyone.
