She made recommendations and provided options based on her extensive knowledge and experience selling homes. She recommended contractors, scheduled appointments, and followed up on work being done. Sue shopped for fixtures and made practical repair and upgrade recommendations. Her advertisement resulted in 56 showings and 19 offers in five days. Sue summarized the offer details and reviewed the top offers with us. She recommended offer acceptance based on several factors such as the probability of timely closing and low risk of issues (to our benefit!) rather than promoting the highest offer which would have given her the highest commission. Overall a very good experience and we highly recommend Sue!

His excellent net working skills enable him to direct his clients to resources that are needed to meet their individual situation. He acknowledges his clients' criteria by showing them properties that satisfy their "must haves" in the new home. It was our first time purchasing a home and Hyoungjin made the process pain-free despite searching during the COVID pandemic. Professional in approach, appearance. Chris is quite knowledgeable about the market (even this turbulent one due to COVID), presented well thought out comparisons and went through them with me. He also did an amazing job staging my home and hiring a professional photographer. I received an amazing number of offers greatly due to the excellent marketing techniques both on line and in brochures for the over 100 showings. His analytical skills when evaluating all of the offers led to a very confident decision. I have dealt with Chris on several transactions and I would not consider working with anyone else.

We started working with Sue about 5 years ago, beginning with advice to update our old home for sale. It was a multi-step process and she was available with recommendations and referrals every step of the way. We slowly started to look at homes for sale. Last spring (2020) as we were ready to get more serious in our house hunt, the pandemic hit, which changed everything. As things started to open up a little in the summer, Sue was ready to help. We adjusted to the new normal, visiting a number of houses, although there wasn't a lot to choose from. We got lucky in October and found our new home. From that point we started the transition from moving to our new home, to preparing to sell our old home. Again Sue was very supportive throughout the entire process. Our old home sold quickly for a very good price, and we are now settling in at our new location. We appreciate everything Sue helped us with along the way. It was quite the journey, and I can't imagine doing it with anyone else!
