I was looking for rental property in the Rochester area. I met Chassity at an open house and after speaking with her I then knew right away I wanted her to be my realtor. She was absolutely determined on getting me a property in this hot market through her work ethic and fierce savvy negotiating skills. Working with Chassity, I never felt pressured to purchase a property I did not want, she was patient but offered me realistic advice, she was available when I needed her, she was well organized, she was able to obtain additional property information so I could make a sound decision before putting offers in on properties and she has quite a bit of connections. Ultimately, I did find a property which I am very pleased with as well as my tenants thanks to Chassity.

Melissa made buying a house so easy! She surpassed out expectations and was always there for us even in the middle of the night when we had questions. Being first time homebuyers we had tons of questions! Melissa was super patient, kind, caring and helpful! I have to say the best part of working with her was viewing houses she was very excited to show the property and made the experiences ones to remember. She always had all the specs on the house we were looking for and would always reach out to other realtors for us to ask questions such age age of furnace, age of water tank, any damage the house previously had as well as remodels.
