Khristin was great to work with! So helpful and always available to answer any questions or concerns. She always answered any texts or calls right away, never had to wait for an answer! Peggy treated our home as if it was her own ,we were out of state selling our home and she made sure everything was safe and secure while we were gone. Went above all expectations from start to finish making the deal go through . communication was great always there to guide us no matter what issue or time of day.
We had a major storm dumping 6 ft of snow she made sure things were cleared out enough to do final walk through issues with a sump pump handled it no questions asked.
By the time we were all done we felt more like family than a client . Would highly recommend her if you want it to go smoothly.

Khristin was extremely prepared with market research, comps in the area, and charts of what people were willing to pay in the area. This was before the paperwork was signed for her to represent the deal.

We had an offer from the first walk through, but unfortunately the flood zone designation scuttled the deal. Khristin showed remarkable persistence to get the deal done despite a very demanding underwriter for the lending company.

This is the 2nd home Gabriella has helped me purchase, she is so kind patient and just wants the best for her clients. Not once has she ever tried to push a house on us while we were looking she would always say when it's meant to be it will be. During the closing process I was super stressed out Gabriella would answer her phone no matter when I called just to talk to me and help me relax. I would recommend her to anyone buying a house!!!
