I am a "3ster"! What that means is I have utilized Trina's services 3x over in both selling property and purchasing a new home. Each sale or purchase of a home is an emotional experience in and of itself but when it comes on the heals of a death of a loved one, it is an even grander emotional experience. Trina handled each of the transactions with tenderness that one would want in these cases. Her thoroughness in communication including clarity on matters, as well as listening to the specifics of the situation, I felt comforted and confident that I was heard. Trina is professional not just with the company in which she serves but goes beyond as I've described with the human touch that is required in her line of work. I would call on Trina, again if/when I need to buy or sell property in the future.

Mike was the absolute best! Anything that came up that was unplanned, Mike was immediately addressing the items with the applicable parties. He took the initiative to work with lawyers on both sides of the table, the buyer and the buyers team to make sure things were completed as they should have been. I would not have had a successful sale if it wasn't for Mike, he is the best!

From start to finish Jason was very professional and I would highly recommend him.
We started months ahead with a review of our home to determine potential pricing and anything that needed to be fixed. Once that was all done, we met to put the home on sale. Jason explained everything including all the paperwork. He kept up to date with everything and was prompt in relaying information and answering questions. The house was sold in 8 days and we had 3 excellent offers which he explained carefully. The next two months, he kept us in the loop, even when he was on vacation, out of the country. You can't go wrong with Jason Madden to sell your home!

Trina was by far the best real estate agent with whom we've ever dealt. She was availble to answer questions at all hours of the day and seemingly never slept. She has extensive knowledge of both the suburbs and city which allowed us to confidently sell our urban home and by our forever house in the quieter surrounding area. Her fastidiousness rivaled my own when it came to the details of listing our house, and I wouldn't have changed a single thing she decided to do. You would be a fool to choose another agent.
