By way of background, my wife I are a first-time home buyer. We had no idea about the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. Since the beginning Teresinha explained in a very deep detail what would be all the challenges direction to be taken.
The amount of effort and time they put into walking me through the process is unbelievable. From the first day that we met, she spent a bunch of time walking me through the “big picture.” From there on out, she was always available to provide us with the information that I needed. Every decision that we made, small or big, mattered to her. Not only did we feel like we had all the information we need to make those decisions, but wev also felt like we were in good hands. Especially because, as a first-time buyer, I didn’t know all of the right questions we should be asking and she would proactively provide this information, which made me feel like we were walking through this process with eyes wide open. She is 15 out of 10.
