Cathy is so easy to work with. At her initial visit she made reasonable suggestions of things that needed to be done to make the house more saleable. She gave me a list of contractors who I could trust to do various repairs. She checked in with me to see how things were coming along and even offered to help.
Knowing the market, she encouraged me to get the property ready at least a month before the holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and we felt out the market by pricing high and gradually reduced. I never felt pressured for a quick sale and I believe Cathy brought in the best price and closing terms we could hope for.
