When I was looking to buy my first home, Carol pointed out to me all the steps we would go through. She sent me all the information I needed and would answer my questions about potential locations in Buffalo where I could settle. I liked how she was available to answer my questions and would suggest homes to visit. With time I found the home I had dreamt of, it was exactly how i described it from the beginning, it took some time, but it came true.
