Some say that buying a home is in the top three stressful events of our lives. Certainly, it is usually one of the most significant financial events we undergo. As such, having an experienced realty professional involved and on your side can make all the difference. As an out of state buyer, I had no real contacts or service providers to leverage through the process. Troy proved to be an invaluable resource to aid us. Ms. Kathryn (Trina) Schiavitti was extremely helpful through the entire home selling process starting with a thorough walk-thru, making recommendations regarding cleanup, storage, and staging all the way through the pricing, appraisal, marketing including photographing of the house, scheduling of home viewings, inspections, etc. to the final sale of the home. Something needed to be done; Trina was actively involved. As this was a situation that required a great deal of patience, there could not have been a better Realtor to handle this listing.

Savannah is very attentive and willing to help. She was very responsive to all of the questions I had throughout the process and never hesitated to seek an answer she may not have known or needed to ask of the seller's agent. Savannah genuinely cares and that really went a long way with me. I will also credit the branch manager for pairing her with my wife and I, as I believe her personality very well matched ours.
