JR worked hard to find us a house to fit our needs. After looking at several houses we realized our needs changed and JR worked with us to fine tune our “wish list”. He started looking at the things that were important to us, just as if he was looking for a home for himself.
From the first time I showed Derk the property, his knowledge and professionalism were obvious. Not satisfied with just seeing the property, Derk wanted to know my family's history as it related to the house and the neighborhood so he could better tell its story. He then used this information to showcase the home and present it both online and in person. His preparation with respect to comparable sales and his plan for listing and showing the property, I believe, maximized the value we received in the quick and relatively pain free sale of the property.
