We started months ahead with a review of our home to determine potential pricing and anything that needed to be fixed. Once that was all done, we met to put the home on sale. Jason explained everything including all the paperwork. He kept up to date with everything and was prompt in relaying information and answering questions. The house was sold in 8 days and we had 3 excellent offers which he explained carefully. The next two months, he kept us in the loop, even when he was on vacation, out of the country. You can't go wrong with Jason Madden to sell your home!
