EVERYTHING! Colleen was SO helpful in every aspect of this real estate transaction for an estate I was handling. From handling other realtors to making sure signs were in place to conversing with lawyers on both sides of the transaction, it seemed like everything Colleen did was just something she was use to, I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a superior, detail oriented, friendly realtor; I couldn't. have handled this estate realty transaction without her!
