I had my house in the market and it did not move at all. After the contract expired I decided that I would interview my next realtor and I did. I was down to 1 when I received a letter in the mail from a young man name Dominic which impressed upon me to give him the opportunity to sell my house. He said that he specializes in selling houses that was in the market and that didn't sell. I decided to give Dominic that opportunity. He was knowledgeable about my market, honest, marketing strategy was impeccable!! My home sold for just as Dominic said he would. His communication during the process was great. Jennifer went above and beyond for us in every way! Not being in the Buffalo area, she was always willing to do virtual tours with us at any time of the day or on weekends. She promptly replied to all of our questions and requests. At the end of the day, the house we ended up with checked all of our boxes and we wouldn't have put the offer in or found it without her guidance.
