I have to say, I miss my super awesome team that knew my factory, & could read my mind (The Benton Brothers).
However, my new team is working out well. One is young & learning, but eager & willing to try things. The other has great experience, but the language barrier is a minor challenge. I’m still working on developing the relationship. However, they are way better than I had before Jud & Carson, & I am hopeful we will reach parity & beyond.
So, despite losing the best guys I had ever worked with in pest management, I am optimistic that the new team will be a very good fit. They are doing well, & we are working on developing a good working relationship, so don’t move them.
As always, Tony Grinzinger is great, & he has done well in bridging the gap, & familiarizing the new team. Kudos to all 3.
