He lifted stains from my carpet that I personally had tried to tackle unsuccessfully. He also made suggestions as to other services that Zerorez offered that would benefit my needs. Worst is 2 MEN AND A TRUCK. I've used them several times and it becomes comedic how their employees speak of their tips the entire time they should be working. They're a joke.
