We were able to get our carpets cleaned the next day after calling for a quote. The process was quick and there were no harsh chemicals (left the house smelling like oranges), no unseen expenses, no high pressure sales. Every effort was made to protect our home - from wall protectors and carpets being placed to prevent scratching by the equipment to a door covering being hung to prevent all the cool air from escaping while the door was open (cleaned in August on a 99 degree day). The technician, Sedrick, was fantastic! He was a true professional - courteous, efficient, honest, hardworking with a true joy for life and his job! I would highly recommend this company and Sedrick to anyone that asks; and we already have, to our neighbor on the same day!
Great results
We had Zerorez come out and clean all our carpets and not even one week later, I spilled an entire glass of red wine on the carpet! They came back out and got it completely out. I was so thankful! Zerorez will have our family's business as long as we are in the St. Louis area.

The representative who came out to my house was extremely knowledgeable, recommended an option to remove pet urine smells and stains, which was expensive, but didn't use any pressure or try to sell me on it, he was just informative. I did go with the more expensive option, and was honestly shocked that my carpet could be that clean again! Well worth the extra money spent to be able to use my finished basement again, and not worry about the kids playing on the carpet. Would absolutely recommend your company, products and services to anyone!
The cleaning and stain/spot removal service was outstanding. The 18 year old carpet's never looked better. And the service technicians were awesome!
