Professional, fast, effective
The cleaning process appears to have removed stains and soil from the
church carpeting. The service technician/account manager, Sean, worked hard to accomplish the cleaning and very cooperative to our needs. The orange peel aroma was pleasant.
The fragrance of the house after having it cleaned was very good. We did not ask for any special treatment and I was surprised that it smelled as fresh as it did. The reason for a 9 as my husband was home (I was not there) and he was unsure if the area rug was moved and the carpet beneath was cleaned. He felt it wasn't because it didn't feel as damp as the rest of the carpet...this doesn't mean the individual did or did not clean underneath the area rug....just we are not sure. All in all very happy with the services provided.

My carpets had several stains that had been removed before and always came back. They are gone and my floors look great. Your representative was very professional and explained how the cleaning process worked. He gave me his card in case I had any questions or concerns.
The service and cleaning process was great. Highly satisfied. However, your call center sucks. No on contacted me to confirm the appt. I requested morning, and had to wait until 6:00 pm that evening, before the technician showed up.
