Being in a band is just like being on a sports team. Not all kids are meant to play sports. By participating in SOR, your child still gets all the dynamics of working together as a group.

The performance programs are really helpful to the participants; these work as confidence booster. Performing in live environment 3-4 times for a kid is great learning phase.

I really enjoy the conversations I have with the instructor about music theory, exercise suggestions, and musical artists. The only complaint I have is that I feel as if I don’t fit in because the other students are either young and have their own groups already, or slightly older than me.

The staff is so cooperative and they provide a great platform for kids to show their talent. My daughter Avnika has been enrolled in the School of Rock Plano for a year almost and her skills have really improved and we are proud of her. The teachers are awesome😊.

The most important part about SoR programs are that they make it fun. This encourages the students to play more and get engaged. The band and performances really help develop the musical skills and confidence of the students.

I love that you don’t just work in a song and perform one song in a few months but you get more than one song and get to play it with others and meet new people.

We have been with School of Rock for about a year now and absolutely love it. Our son has had a blast and loved every minute of it!

love the way the kids grow and appreciate music. teachers are awesome and really look after the kids and their well being. it has been so fun watching my youngest get better and better at drums and bass and having a blast doing it.

Love how SOR helped my child explore the options in instruments. Now that she loves to drums, I see her confidence while performance. Everywhere she hears music, her body automatically starts dancing on the beats.

I literally just started playing the bass this time last year. I never thought I could play or even be part of a band on stage. Thanks to School Of Rock I have now learned over 40 songs and playing gigs once or twice a month. The teachers and staff are amazing and always professional.
