Your service at the North Lot works like a well-oiled machine. With the app just flash QR code when entering. Then park. Van is there to pick you up in less than five minutes. Driver marks your spot, so you know where your car is upon returning. Go directly to your terminal. Upon return flip the app open see where the van is. When it shows up, get on it and few minutes at your car. Drivers always lug your luggage on and off the van. As I get older that's more important to me than ten years ago LOL. Drop you off at your car and again with the app you are out in under five minutes. Two other points, first drivers are good people and very professional. I always get to catch up on Philly sports when I return. Second my car has always been 100% safe. Parking Spot is one reason why I don't fly out of Newark International where I know I could save airfare $$$ over PHL. At Newark not sure my car would be there when I get back.

Excellent experience, change is always difficult, but in this case it played out well and worked in our favor as the service provided was incredible and the cleanliness of the facility impeccable.
Very organized from entry into the facility to pickup by the shuttle.
Also, you have enough trips that my last two times I didn't even have to call for a pickup. The shuttle was passing terminal as I exited.
"Premium" parking was indeed worth the money, except getting to the "exit" following the signs was frustrating at best -- maybe a simpler direct-line would help that.
In particular, the prompt service during the pickup process. Being quickly picked up takes the anxiety out of getting to the airport, since that's all most travelers are focused on at the time. Also, in general, the staff is courteous and helpful, from the ones at the gate, to the drivers.
