Employees were helpful when I had an issue checking in and out. When I checked in, I was trying to get my materials together when the attendant came and helped me. When I checked out, the system was not able to recognize my information stating there was some type of issue. I went to the booth that had an attendant, and he was able to resolve my issue. The shuttle drivers were courteous and attentive. As an older person, I appreciate the extra time and efforts made to get me on the shuttle and off at the appropriate place.

Best lot for PHL! Large and secure covered parking is nice, especially in winter. Shuttle drivers are always courteous and shuttles are prompt. I’ve never waited more than maybe 10 minutes or so.

Have always used The Parking Spot and this trip both drivers, picking up and dropped off again were very friendly and nice. The male driver that picked us up at airport to take us back to our car, had a full bus but took the time to stop where people were flagging him down to be picked up and said I’m full but called for back up it’s right behind me, I got you covered. I even said to him, I never had a driver do that!!
