Inspire Health is open and welcoming to new students. I had always wanted to start pilates, but was a bit shy about the use of the Reformer and the advanced exercises. My first class was very welcoming, Lane was super helpful in letting me know which springs to use, how to best use the equipment, and gave me plenty of attention to figure out the appropriate settings for my reformer.
I've been going to IH for about a year now, and I have no intention of stopping. I love the strength pilates has given me. I've found my balance and alignment are vastly improved, especially in exercises like ballet. Pilates is a low-impact, high results way of attaining fitness goals. I recommend it to everyone!

I took a Reformer AND Jump class with Natalie. She's got great energy and clearly explains what you will be doing so as a visitor I could enjoy maximum benefit. Her corrections were greatly appreciated and I'm glad she felt comfortable giving them to me. I love trying new studios and teachers when I travel and she is a treasure and your studio is lovely. Even the ladies at the front were gracious and welcoming! Being an optimist I postponed my return North due to a blizzard and decided to book a massage with Geoff. I've never experienced myofascial massage but I will definitely be seeking that out back in NJ and encouraging my hubby to try it too. Your facility is a happy health spot!
