I really appreciate the skills and ethos of IDF Training. It feels really good coming to IDF training. I really appreciate all the trainers. They are great teachers and keep it new and interesting all the time. I like the music list and the whole atmosphere is great. I like how easy it is as a female to feel comfortable training with everyone, whether training with a male or female or training with someone more trained up or less trained up because of the great class facilitation and positive culture. It really helps having a variety of people to train with. I really appreciate the high energy that the trainers have and this really helps with the training.
