I fell as a beginner who has zero background in fighting or self defense, I get a well rounded class that pushes me and teaches me skills. For me the trainer is especially important to build my confidence and Bruce delivers. He makes me feel comfortable, challenges and is attentive to everyone in class. The atmosphere he creates is positive, fun and encouraging. Further to this I feel I have all the equipment and assistance to progress. Every class is a new challenge.
