The instructors are very easy to follow, very professional in their approach and well structured classes.
When I started in August, I was only intending on doing 2 sessions a week. However, I somehow end up attending 4 to 5 days a week (sometimes a couple sessions a night).
I'm loving the variety of classes available, and the valuable insight each trainer has to offer. I find the instructors really attentive and approachable. They have created a very welcoming and supportive culture within the gym.
