The first thing that drew me there was the flexibility with the 10 class pass, as other gyms are very in your face about having a contract (that is always expensive). The other thing is the variety and length of classes as well as the experienced trainers! I strongly feel I get my value for money.

I'm only fairly new to IDF Krav Maga training but I knew after the first training session that this is exactly what I was looking for. It's tough, it's realistic and I 100% recommend it if you're looking for an excellent "street wise" self defense system, great instructors, a way to get very fit and to mix with other like minded individuals.

Everyone has been very professional at all times and friendly and helpful. The gym is really clean. Heaps of options with the timetable which means if you want to do a class you could always do one. Overall I have been very impressed. Not like other gyms at all.
