The induction lesson was a really good balance between not being intimidating and actually learning a real technique. The instructor is friendly, effective at communicating and breaks down the maneuvers into stages. The culture of the gym is inclusive and the other students seem friendly. Highly recommended.

Throughout the course of the year, the trainer has had a great repoire with my son. My child eagerly awaits his weekly classes feeling empowered when he learns a new 'move' during his IDF training session.
