It uses the time extremely effectively. Strong focus on unilateral strength moves is great for building functional strength. My cardiovascular health seems to have noticably improved since starting a couple months ago.
I would love to set a Strength 50 class once per week at 6:15am at Grandview though! Tuesday would be ideal, but any weekday works!
Love the fact that I can schedule at a time that works for me. Even the trainers may leave, a specified time slot is still available. Workouts are fun and the trainers are very personable.
I like that orange theory uses science in their method. This is the only workout I have found where I truly feel like my body and mind is getting stronger and more resilient as I continue to go. I like that the workout uses heart rate data and zones to help you know where you need to doing. I have felt a big improvement in my cardiovascular endurance since starting orange theory!
OTF is such a great workout. The variety of workouts and the awesome support of the coaches inspire and push me to continue to strive for a better version of myself!
I really love the positivity and encouragement and the feeling of showing up for myself. No workout or playlist is ever the same, so it feels fresh every time. I am challenged and seeing results.
I LOVE the coaches; every single one is unique and so fun. I love that it is not a clique environment and it doesn’t feel exclusive. I love the validated parking and how every single front desk associate remembers my name. It is the complete opposite of the old studio I visited. I see people that look like me and go my slow pace, which makes me feel comfortable and not like the last one left in gym class. It’s a great studio!!
That everything is explained or demonstrated and the coaches are willing to help correct form. One of the biggest barriers to me working out on my own was getting judged for doing things wrong. I don't feel judged at OTF and appreciate the corrections
