We have never had roaches/bugs in any of our properties before so we could not figure out why last year 2017/2018 our tenants in two of our houses were having a problem. I immediately went over bug bombed and sprayed thinking maybe for some reason they brought something into the house from a warehouse or somewhere and that would be it. Our tenants called again :(
This was not a common occurrence for our properties so I called AAbel. Mark came out and started treatment at 105 and 111 both our properties. After he treated both of our homes and we were outside he pointed to the house in between our two houses. Mark said that's where they are coming from 107. He was right, their infestation is horrible. Mark and Cecil are really the only people helping me. I have called the City inspector, the health department, children's services, the police, and we had an attorney send threatening letters at great costs.
Mark and Cecil have been the only two people doing anything at all to help. We have made 107 an offer on their house and are hoping that after we get possession of 107 and gut the house AAbel will be able to rid the neighbor of this major infestation. We do not want to own another house but it seems to be the only solution.
I can not thank you enough for all of your help with this situation. AAbel is the BEST !!!
