Brandon was extremely efficient in determining what was needed. He explained exactly what steps were needed going forward, and worked with the insurance company to be sure our problem was being handled as expeditiously as possible. He arrived promptly at the agreed time each day. He also made sure the work area was as clean as possible. Brandon is to be commended for his handling of our problem.

I was impressed with the dedication and courtesy of Brandon. He worked many hours, day and night, to stop the leak in my kitchen and prepare the job for reconstruction. He always called before coming on the job, and as a follow-up when he left. He felt very badly about the mishap that broke my glass dining table, which was really a disaster for me, but accidental.

With in an hour of Anthony from Service Master meeting us at our house he installed numerous fans and helped us remove the carpet etc. in order to alleviate any further damage from the broken water heater. He was a great communicator and kept us in the loop of each and every step that was going to take place in the mitigation. As stressful as it was Service Master did their best to make us feel comfortable. Anthony should be complemented for his exemplary customer service and communication skills. Lance & Leslie
