I love knowing that I can show up any day of the week, fully awake or still half asleep, and be challenged with a good workout. The coaches offer support and encouragement but also build my confidence to know when I can push a little harder. The staff throughout the studio are friendly and welcoming and create an environment I want to keep coming back to.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean studio. The coaches provide progressions and modifications for each exercise. I like how they walk around the room to give tips and encouragement. Each coach has their own motivational style of coaching. When the music is good in certain classes, I find it distracts me from the fatigue I feel, makes pushing through class more comfortable, and most importantly, elevates my mood. It's the best 1 hour workout!

You don't have to think, the coach gives you all the ques you need. The workouts are hard! They never get easier and if they do, you can level up in weight or intensity. Variety: the three stations break everything up nicely and the programming is always different.

I really appreciate the front desk crew. They’re always friendly and helpful answering any questions I have. The coaches are really impressive with their energy, knowledge and technique tips. The facility is clean and inviting. I enjoy everything about Cedar Mills OT!

Really helps me push myself. Also it’s a good all around workout.

My favorite thing is being able to show up and work out. I don't have to think about anything, just follow the instructions. I also like he variety of exercises - its never the same work out. The demonstrations and explanation of the floor work outs are great - I wouldn't know what work out to do or why my arms should be angled or hands facing a certain direction in a regular gym. Also, its super great when the instructors walk around and suggest changes form or adjustments.
