What do you like about our workout?

The workouts are challenging and push me to do things I would never think to do on my own. I love tracking my progress and seeing myself get faster and stronger. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and motivating. It's the best workout I've ever experienced.

What do you like about our workout?

It's very clearly directed. All you have to do is show up and work as hard as you can. The heart monitors makes for great instant feedback - no guessing as to how hard you're working. The music is bouncy and loud. Good attitude of the trainers, staff and fellow members. Good feeling in the place...

The trainers are fun, supportive, and help motivate me. I enjoy the variation throughout the workouts - no two workouts are the same and the blocks within the workouts are always different so it never gets boring.

I love that I can get my cardio and weight workout done in one hour and feel ready to start the day! Love the 5am classes!!

I love the high intensity interval training and that it can be scaled to whatever fitness level you are currently at and still be fun and effective.

The workout keeps me moving and I don't get bored. I would however like a class on how to use some of the tools with proper form. But maybe I will get better with practice ☺️

What do you like about our workout?

i have never liked working out and i LOVE Orange Theory! the coaches are great motivators and the workout is never the same twice. I've been at it for three months and the change to my body is noticable and I feel great!
