i have never liked working out and i LOVE Orange Theory! the coaches are great motivators and the workout is never the same twice. I've been at it for three months and the change to my body is noticable and I feel great!

What do you like about our workout?

I'm a big fan of cross training and being able to see your heart rate on the big screen is an awesome motivator. And I love listening to loud fun music while I work out; what a great motivator! The individual contact by the coaches is awesome!

I appreciated the positive and encouraging environment. It was a great work out and having a little more scientific knowledge (heart rate % and calories burned) behind what I accomplished in my 60 minute workout is very motivating.

I love the motivation I get from the coaches, staff and the visible metrics of the work I am putting in. I love that the workout is always different. Of course I also love that in just a few months I have very real results-- I am so much stronger and a faster runner. Thanks!
