I love the music in all the classes and the instructors are wonderful! The classes are challenging and I am loving the incorporation of blocks and straps in class. My favorite put is the focus on core work. I also truly enjoyed a class Christie led focusing on the chakras.

Love the workout I get from the class. Only improvement suggestion would be ventilation of the space and wiping down the floors in between classes

I love Core Power. The instructors are very friendly and encouraging. The studio is clean. Only suggestion is to mix up the schedule and also offer more Sculpt classes, particularly in the evenings.

I love the yoga classes themselves (variety) but the teachers really make the experience unique.
The studio itself was nice. I said I'd need to rent a towel and mat, since I was visitng from out of town. It was slightly off putting when as a Black Tag member, I was asked how I'll pay, cash or charge?... I informed the attendant that I'd like it billed to my account. I am not sure why that option wasn't offered to me to begin with.
