I'm here for my free week trial and I am in love! All the instructors are amazing and very helpful in guiding me through each class. I have been taking 1-2 sessions a day and I honestly cannot get enough!
I have been a yoga instructor for eight years and I have been dealing with back issues for the past four. I hate walking into a yoga class and not really knowing what I'm going to get since lots of backbends and twist tend to aggravate my issues. What I love most about core power is that the sequences are strong but stable with a few intense backbends and twist. Instructor also always offers alternatives and the studio is very welcoming of students making their own modifications. I'm hooked.

I absolutely loved my week here! I will be getting a membership shortly once I set my schedule for school (and I am surely looking forward to doing so). Madeline and Lindsay are incredible instructors. I really loved how they presented and taught their practice in class. I also really enjoyed Kimberly's classes. They all give great adjustments and help you to deep stretch, my favorite part of yoga! As far as the studio itself, I think it's a great place. The location is very centrally located in the city and the studio is away from all the street noise. I enjoy the fact that they have a shop for mats, towels, apparel, water bottles, etc. The cleanliness of the changing rooms and studios is up to standard. I would say to maybe check on the may rentals frequently. I rented one for a class and the stench was pretty awful, almost distracting. But, I do appreciate the fact that they offer towels and mats for rent and it is reasonably priced. Overall, I highly recommend and cannot wait to continue practicing here!

Love the yoga sculpt class. Instructors are friendly and knowledgable. Studio is very clean. I like the warm termperature in the room. My only concern is that the class i prefer is offered at 6pm, and i work downtown and can't leave early with frequency. I would prefer that the classes be held at different times each day so that i could perhpas attend twice a week.
I love the retail, the studios, the teachers, the music, pretty much everything. The classes are great and challenging. I especially love Sculpt.
The service from the CPY instructors is wonderful, they are friendly, open and welcoming to all new and existing students and make you feel good before, during and after class.
I variety of classes and times of classes works with anyone schedule. Its a plus to have great new yoga attire displayed in the studio!

Your staff is amazing. I started with a class taught by Ed and was hooked. Really great instructor with a welcoming personality and knowledge. Isabelle was equally energetic and uplifting. I am definitely hooked. I should mention it was my girlfriend Jessica Moran, who is a new instructor, that persuaded me to try Core. She is going to be a stellar instructor as I see first hand her passion and belief in Core. The studio is always clean, the air is fresh and smells good, ....everything is inviting and warm. I am excited to continue practicing with Core.
