Love the studio space and amenities, everyone who works there, structure and methodology of the class... .everything! I really thought I hated yoga before Corepower.
I was running late to class and was very flustered but was welcomed in by an employee of the studio who immediately made me feel better, checked me in, and helped me get myself organized for class. She then checked up on me after class to make sure I was ok. It made such a difference in my class and practice that morning. Thank you!

I like how organized it is and the teachers are always great. It’s really reliable and I always know that I’m going to get a great workout from every class. The temperature also adds a added benefit that I love in my yoga classes!

Love the combination of yoga and yoga sculpt classes. The variation really makes the price worth it. I also love how many classes there are throughout the day. I can always find one that fits my schedule. And I’ve never had a bad instructor or class I didn’t enjoy!
I am a beginner, but the way the classes are structured am able to keep up. They also clearly have people who are advanced in their practice attending classes. I find it amazing how they can cater to both groups! I felt welcome, the studios are clean, and overall look forward to class and how my body is both challenged and cared for during the time spent at CPY.

I stopped by took a class and purchase a 10 class package. Every teacher I had appeared to know her job very well and kept their classes quite interesting.I LL probably renew this package when my plan expired Thank Y VERY MUCH Name removed
The classes and instructors have been great so far, I love the YogaSculpt class!
challenging classes and so many options for times.
Suggestions:
1.More HPF classes immediately following sculpt or C2--see, e.g., the 7:15 HPF that follows the 6AM class on Tuesday and Thursday AMs. Would love to see that option every day of the week.
2. A yin or restorative class, or a meditation would be great. You could even have a 30 min meditative class--something more concentrated on breath work and the mind-body connection. In the alternative, more HPF on schedule (but don't take away other classes)
3. A more challenging option for yoga, perhaps a longer class or a hotter class
But overall I couldn't be happier with the studio. Keep up the good work.
I love some of the yoga sculpt instructors but there is not one C2 instructor that is not amazing. I come out of the C2 classes feeling like a new person.
I always feel like I am treated with kindness and respect. Wonderful team.
There are a few of the new YS instructors that I feel do not provide the hands on assist they offer and students are not practicing safely. They also have added exercise with weights for the abdominal muscles that are EXTREMELY unsafe. I would recommend you check newer instructors additions before they add them to their routine and hurt someone.
As a Physical Therapist I would not return to these classes due to the safety issues I have witnessed. If it seems to be unresolved I would most likely choose not to attend the YS classes. I think it is the responsibility of the manager to approve any and all changes that instructors make.
