Everything! I love the classes, instructors, and like-minded community that you are with when at CorePower. It's a brilliant atmosphere, and I love how supportive the instructors are - They want you to push yourself, but also encourage taking breaks where required. I like that they offer advice on form, and provide you with tools to succeed.

I recently had the pleasure of attending an incredible yoga class that left a lasting impression on me. From the moment I stepped into the studio, I was greeted by a welcoming and serene atmosphere that instantly put me at ease. The instructor was not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly passionate about yoga, which was evident in their teaching style.

The class itself was a perfect blend of intensity and fun. The stretching exercises helped improve my flexibility, while the core work provided a great challenge and strengthened my abdominal muscles. The variety of poses we practiced kept things interesting and allowed us to target different muscle groups.

Great teachers and environment

I love CPY so much but sometimes last minute people entering class and putting their mats on top of yours is not fun! But i love you all so much!

Instructor was phenomenal. Very easy to follow movement flow while maintaining a great workout throughout. Would highly recommend her classes.

Instructors are fantastic at this studio. The few HPF instructors who make the class hot and humid are consistent and I love this studio for that! The sense of community is amazing.

Many of the instructors are excellent. Amanda is a favorite (HPF), as is Linh. I have taken classes at many locations and drive further to this one for the staff.

It’s my favorite studio

I enjoy the studio atmosphere and community. All the instructors have been welcoming and extremely knowledgeable. I have really been enjoying Linh and Lauren’s classes. The studio is clean and well maintained. I highly recommend!

HPF was great with Angela and Amanda! But the Tuesday after work class is so insanely packed it’s uncomfortable. Maybe cut down the number of students in the class? Also, despite the mat markers, I couldn’t see the mirror at all being in the back. But often I have noticed that if the students in the front rows could be more aware and literally move their bodies an inch to the right or left, then people in the back could see. Perhaps the instructors can do a public service announcement at the beginning of every class that is insanely packed and ask the front row students to be mindful of the people behind them. Whenever I’m in the front, I always check my position in the mirror and also the people behind me to make sure I’m not blocking their view 100 percent. It’s just a courtesy suggestion! It would help a lot if the class size can’t be reduced.

The teachers, the class itself, the routine, and the guidance provided during class. The atmosphere is great, and it feels like a lovely community to be apart of! Everyone is so supportive, welcoming and warm.
